Al Juneidi Company for Dairy and Food products receives daily about 40 tons of fresh milk from 16 local farms all located in Hebron. Farmers bring in their fresh cooled milk daily, where it undergoes required quality testing to make sure it complies with the proper standards and specifications.

The Company has played an important role in encouraging the farmers to develop and improve their quality of milk as well as the cow breeds and the feeding mechanisms. This encouragement was embodied through counseling programs, daily reports and field visits made by our technicians who would note down their observations and give their technical opinions.

Hence, local farms have become model farms in terms of barn building, cow breeds, fodder types fillers and concentrates. The Company further encouraged the local farmers to develop their milking and stocking mechanisms. This resulted in local farms using automated milking systems and cooling tankers to better preserve the produced milk quality in terms of basic components such as protein, fats, calcium, and vitamins, as well as reduce the total bacterial count . It also facilitated to farmers the milking, storing, and transportation of the fresh milk which upon delivery to the Company, will be filtered, tested, and pasteurized in accordance with the special and modern mechanisms.
